FaceCode interview report

This article tells you about the major components of a FaceCode interview report.

The FaceCode interview report is generated after a candidate has completed the interview. This report is generated for recruiters to share with candidates. 

You can view the following information in this report:

Represents the number of interviewers who Accepted, Rejected, or stayed Neutral about the candidate

Insights

Insights help you see the interview details, such as conversation time, time spent on coding, etc.

You can see the following insights in a FaceCode report:

Represents the total conversation time between the interviewer and the candidate

Represents the ratio between the time the video was on for the candidate out of the total time of the interview

Represents the total number of times the candidate has navigated away from the interview

Represents the ratio between the time spent by the candidate talking and the time spent by the candidate in listening to the interviewer

Represents the total time spent by the candidate on writing the code

There are different criteria based on which you can score a candidate in an interview. The one you select will be shown in the FaceCode report. You can also create your own criteria. The ones shown in the given image are as follows:

  1. Communication skills
  2. Ability to debug the code
  3. Quality of code
  4. Solution and execution

You can easily see the interviewer's score.
