Generating your Greenhouse API key (v2 Integration)

To generate your Greenhouse API key, follow these steps:

1. Log into your Greenhouse account.
2. Click the settings (gear) icon, then go to Dev Center.
3. In the left sidebar, click API Credentials.
4. Select the Harvest v3 (OAuth) tab.
5. Click Create new API credentials.
6. In the API type dropdown, select Harvest V3 (OAuth).
7. In Description, enter something identifiable — e.g. HackerEarth
   
8. Click View and store credentials.
9. Copy the Client key and Client secret shown on screen. Important: The client secret is shown only once. Copy and store both values somewhere safe — if you lose the secret, you'll need to rotate the credential.
10. Click I have stored the client credentials.
11. Back on the credential's Settings tab, under Manage scopes, make sure Harvest is checked, then click Save.
