You can give feedback about the candidate after the interview is complete. To give feedback, follow these steps:
- Click End interview. A confirmation message appears on your screen.
- Click Ok to end the interview.
- In the following dialog box that appears on your screen, rate and provide feedback about the candidate.
- Rate the candidate on a scale of 1 – 10 based on the candidate’s performance. For example, 8.
- Provide your feedback based on the candidate’s performance.
Important: The feedback given by you is not shared with the candidate. - Click Submit feedback.
You have successfully provided feedback to the candidate.
Providing feedback later
You can also provide your feedback later. To provide your feedback later, follow these steps:
- Click I’ll give my feedback later.
- Navigate to the interview page.
- In the Feedback section, click Feedback.
- Repeat the steps 4 to 6.
Editing your feedback
If you want to edit the rating and feedback provided by you, click Edit in the Feedback section.
Important: You can also update your rating and feedback by clicking Edit and repeating steps 4 to 6.
