- Account deactivation: Making your account inactive if you are no longer using it. You will not receive any communication related to the platform, however, your data will still be available. You can reactivate your account at any time by logging in.
- Account deletion: Removing your account from the platform. You will no longer be able to access this account.
- Campaign: Campaigns are time-limited events that usually focus on a specific goal. They have defined start and end dates and usually have prizes for the best ideas.
- Collaborator: Participants who you work with on a submission
- Communication: Allows you to send messages to your collaborators or discuss your submission
- Discussions: Allows you to discuss submissions with your team or with all the participants in the campaign
- Draft: Submissions that are not published. You can save your submission as a draft and edit it later before publishing it. Draft submissions are saved in the Drafts section in My submissions until you publish or delete them.
- Graduate: When your submission is moved to the next phase based on the evaluation criteria set by the admin.
- Judging phase: Phase in which your submissions are evaluated by a judge
- Not graduated: When your submission is not moved to the next phase because it did not meet the criteria set by the admin.
- On-going campaign: Campaigns that are currently live. You can only participate in campaigns that you are invited to participate in.
- Past campaign: Campaigns that have ended. You cannot add submissions to a closed campaign.
- Phase: Timed stage of a campaign
- Profile picture: A profile picture is an image that is displayed in your profile. It is recommended that you upload your own image so that your team members know what you look like. This is especially important if the event is an offline event.
- Profile: A profile is a brief summary of a participant’s skills, experiences, and qualifications.
- Public voting: Allows other participants to vote for your submission
- Publish: This is the final state of your submission. Publish your submission to make it public and viewable to everyone. Your submission can be evaluated only after you publish it. Do not publish your solution until you have reviewed it thoroughly.
- Reaction: Allows you to show support for a specific submission
- Submission description: Brief summary of your submission. Here, you can describe the basic idea of your submission.
- Submission phase: Phase in which you make your submission
- Submissions: The solution that you submit for a specific problem statement of a campaign. You can add presentations, videos, or documents to support your solution.
- Unpublish: Unpublish your submission to remove it from the list of submissions in the campaign or to delete it. Once you unpublish the submission, it is saved as a draft in My submissions. You can publish or delete the submission at any time.
