Greenhouse FaceCode integration

You can now send FaceCode interview link directly from the Greenhouse dashboard. You need to have FaceCode Interview Integration enabled in your Integrations setting under Greenhouse section.

To implement the integration, follow these steps:

1. Send your request to implement the integration at partner-support@greenhouse.io.
   
   Important: Do not send the API key in this email.
   
   
2. You will receive a SendSafely link from the Greenhouse Support Team. Enter the generated API key into the link that notifies the Greenhouse Support Team once the API key is entered.
3. You will receive a confirmation mail from the Greenhouse Support Team about the successful setup of the API key in your account and integration.
4. Add HackerEarth FaceCode Interview as a stage to your interview pipeline in your Greenhouse account.
5. When candidates enter that stage, send invites through Greenhouse.
6. Once candidates submit their test, a link to the results is accessible through the interview kit in Greenhouse.

You have successfully implemented the integration.

Scheduling a FaceCode interview

Note for reviewer: We don't have a screenshot of the scheduling action itself — only of the resulting activity feed updates. Please confirm these steps against the live product before publishing.

1. Log into your Greenhouse account.
2. Navigate to the candidate's profile.
3. Move the candidate into the HackerEarth FaceCode stage, or use the relevant scheduling action, to send the interview invite. 
   

Tracking invite status

After the invite is sent, HackerEarth posts an update to the candidate's Activity feed as a public note from HackerEarth Service Account:

The note includes:

• Status — e.g. HE Interview Sent
• Interview Name (and URL) — a direct link to the interview room

This also updates the candidate's tags to HE Interview Sent, visible under Additional details on the candidate's profile. The same interview link is also mirrored in the candidate's Website field in their details panel.

Viewing the interview report

Once the interview is completed, HackerEarth posts a second update to the Activity feed:

The note includes:

• Interview Status — completed
• Interview Report URL — link to the full report on HackerEarth
• Interview Start / Interview End — timestamps, shown in the local timezone
• Interview Duration

The candidate's tags update to include HE Interview Completed, alongside HE Interview Sent.

To review the report

1. Open the candidate's profile and go to Activity feed.
2. Find the HackerEarth FaceCode Interview Report note.
3. Click the Interview Report URL to view the full report on HackerEarth.
