Release notes: August 7, 2024
The latest features update released in the month of August.
Waiting room (FaceCode)
HackerEarth has introduced a new feature called waiting room in their FaceCode interface. Candidates will be put in the Waiting room when they join a FaceCode interview and can only join the interview once the interviewer lets them in. The waiting room ensures that candidates only join the Interview once explicitly allowed by the interviewer. It is also useful in cases where the interviewer(s) wants to take action without having the candidate in the call. For example, while preparing before the next interview round or having a discussion with the other interviewers without the candidate around.
