Smart Browser v2.3.3 version update

Smart Browser v2.3.3 has been released. This version ensures compatibility with the new candidate interface and includes performance and stability improvements required for recent platform updates.

VSCode IDE integration for Data Science questions

Note: This update is available only in the new candidate interface.

The underlying notebook infrastructure for Data Science questions has been upgraded to a VSCode-powered environment. The previous native notebook server has been replaced. This update improves platform stability and scalability while delivering a more consistent IDE experience across question types.

Key improvements

  • Migration to a VSCode-based notebook environment
  • Improved execution stability

No changes are required from users. Existing workflows, submissions, and evaluation processes remain fully supported.

AI chat logs in candidate reports

Note: This feature applies only to FullStack questions where AI assistance is enabled.

AI chat logs are now available in FullStack project reports. Recruiters can view the complete interaction between candidates and the AI assistant during the assessment. This update increases transparency in AI-assisted assessments and provides additional context during evaluation.

Section-level access control for My Library

To improve visibility and control over editing rights within shared libraries, we have introduced granular access control for library sections.

  • Public (accessible to all team members)
  • Private (accessible only to the section owner)
  • Restricted (accessible to specific users)
2 Admin management Admin managers can do the following:
  • Assign permission levels
    • Can View or Can Edit
  • Add team members as section admins 
3 Permission-based controls Permission-basedcontrols include the following:
  • View section and admin list
  • Edit section name
  • Add or delete questions
  • Add or remove section admins
  • Change visibility settings
  • Delete section
4 Visual indicators Access control icons are added to the sections dropdown for quick visibility of privacy settings

This update helps teams organize question libraries more effectively while maintaining clear access boundaries across different team members.
