Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Release notes: March 7, 2025
Here is a list of the latest features released in the month of March 2025.
Advanced proctoring on FaceCode
HackerEarth has enhanced its proctoring measures to ensure fairness in assessments. The new features include:
- Detection of candidates using multiple monitors during an interview.
- Monitoring the entire candidate screen to prevent switching tabs and ensure focus during the assessment. The goal is to provide a more controlled assessment environment.
These features are supported only on Chromium-based browsers such as Chrome and Edge.
New role on FaceCode—Interviewer
We have introduced a new "Interviewer" role on FaceCode to streamline the interview process. Previously, creating an interview and adding people as admins and interviewers was a multi-step process. Now, you can add interviewers without consuming an admin seat, improving efficiency.
Improved Integrity Index
The Integrity Index has been upgraded with more accurate image processing models. This allows for more precise detection of proctoring violations, enabling quicker and more informed decision-making during assessments.
Freehand drawings on draw.io
FaceCode now integrates with draw.io to support system design interviews, allowing candidates to create block diagrams and architectural designs in real-time during interviews.
