Here is a list of the latest features released in the month of September 2024.
Generative AI content in HackerEarth library
HackerEarth has introduced a new set of questions to assess candidates' skills in Generative AI (Gen AI). This is covered across question types from Fullstack to DevOps. We also cover questions, on advanced GenAI models like the BART CNN-model, AutoModelForQuestionAnswering, and DistilBERT.
You can use these questions to assess candidates’ AI skills with practical hands-on exercises or upskill your workforce on key industry skills.
Ability to hide practice test
For technical tests on HackerEarth, there is a Practice test that is rolled out to candidates before they take the actual test. This test is to help candidates get familiar with the platform, submission requirements, etc.
We have developed a new feature that lets you hide the Practice test button. This will allow you to disable Practice tests for specific assessments. When hiring for positions that don’t require technical skills, candidates will no longer receive Practice tests.
This setting removes the Try sample test button from the candidate interface. You can find Show practice test button in the Advanced settings on the test overview page. To learn more about this new feature, read this article.
Gender filter for diversity hiring
HackerEarth has now introduced a new feature, Gender filter, which is live for all accounts.
This feature allows you to filter test results and related tables based on candidate gender, providing greater flexibility and precision in your diversity hiring process. Additionally, this feature has been integrated into our downloadable reports, making it easier to analyze data on gender diversity within your candidate pool and make the right hiring decisions.
