What if my account gets locked during a test?

You are allowed up to 5 attempts to enter the correct password. On the next incorrect attempt, your HackerEarth account will be locked. It will automatically unlock after 1 hour. If your account doesn’t unlock or you need help, please email us at support@hackerearth.com.
