Even though I have set the camera permissions to Allowed, the compatibility check fails. What do I do?

Check if the camera is being used in multiple tabs or browsers. If yes, then close the tabs (or browsers) and refresh the test page.

Your system will now meet the system-compatibility requirements for the webcam and you will be able to proceed.

If this option does not work, close and open your browser again.
