Creating Jobs and integrating with Assessments
You can create jobs on the SmartRecruiters platform by following these steps:
-
Open the SmartRecruiters dashboard.
-
Click create job.
-
While creating the Job, you need to add HE-ASSESSMENT-{assessment_id} under Job Fields in the Key Words field.
Note: This assessment_id needs to be fetched from the HackerEarth test overview page. (Recruiter API ID)
-
You can add candidates to the job by clicking ADD CANDIDATE.
-
Select the candidates and click Actions. Select Change the status of the selected candidate.
-
From the drop-down list, select Test Assignment and click save.
-
HackerEarth will push the Assessment URL into the SmartRecruiter candidate dashboard under the notes section. HackerEarth will send the assessment invite to the candidate.
-
Once the candidate finishes the assessment, HackerEarth will push the candidate report URL to SmartRecruiter’s candidate dashboard under the notes section.
