A user role is a collection of permissions that are defined to indicate the actions that an admin can complete. For example, to create or edit questions in My Library, you must be a Library admin.
In Recruit, there are two roles:
- Company-level roles
- Test-level roles
Company-level roles
You can access these roles in your account settings.
There are five company-level roles:
- Super Admin
- Tests Admin
- Interviews Admin
- Library admin
- Send API Requests
S. No. Role Permissions 1 Super Admin A Super admin has access to all the features in the company account. A few features are exclusive only to super admins, such as:
- Adding and removing users
- Viewing billing and usage details
- Modifying tests created by any admin
2 Test Admin A Test admin can do everything related to tests (only in tests that have been created by them) such as:
- Create, edit, and delete tests
- Add, modify, and delete questions
- Modify test settings
- Invite users
- Access reports
Important: Test admins will not be able to alter tests that they have not created or were not explicitly added to.
3 Interviews Admin An Interviews admin can do everything related to FaceCode, such as:
- Create interviews
- Add questions to an interview
Note: An Interviews admin has access to the company's custom library (My Library) only. - Edit and delete questions from an interview
- View interview notes and chat rooms
4 Library Admin A Library admin can do everything related to the library, such as:
- Create questions in My Library
- Edit and delete questions in My Library
Note: Only questions of the question types that your subscription supports can be created.
5 Send API Requests An API admin can send API requests. Recruit allows you to use the following types of API:
- HackerEarth Recruit API
- API of the integrated Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
If you do not assign any role to an admin, you will see No Access against that admin's name.
You can also deactivate or delete an admin by clicking
Test-level roles
You can access these roles in the Test Admins section in the test settings of a specific test.
There are four test-level roles:
- All access
- Only Questions and reports
- Only Questions
- Only Reports
- Questions And Comments
