Upgrading and downgrading your subscription

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Whenever you upgrade or downgrade you will be billed on a pro-rata basis.

Let’s understand what happens to your invites when you upgrade or downgrade a plan.

How upgrading works

Assume that you are in the Startup plan.

  • Invites received with your plan: 20
  • Invites used: 15
  • Invites remaining: 5

You decide to upgrade to the Enterprise plan. When you upgrade your plan, your invite status is as follows:

  • Invites carried forward from the previous plan: 0
  • Default no. of invites provided in the Enterprise plan: 50
  • Invites used by you: 15 (when you were in the Startup plan)
  • Invites received with your new plan: 35 (i.e. 50-15)
  • Invites remaining: 5

Upgrading your plan

To upgrade your plan, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Recruit using the admin credentials.
  2. Click Billing.
  3. In the Your current plan & usage section, click Change.
  4. Click Upgrade.

Note: If you want to upgrade to a Custom plan, click Contact Us>Email change request>OK.

You have successfully upgraded your plan.

How downgrading works

Assume that you downgrade from the Enterprise plan to the Startup plan.

  • Invites carried forward from the previous plan: 0
  • Default no. of invites provided in the Enterprise plan: 50
  • Default no. of invites provided in the Startup plan: 20
  • Invites used by you: 15 (when you were in the Enterprise plan)
  • Invites received with your new plan: 5 (i.e. 20-15)

Downgrading your plan

To downgrade your plan, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Recruit using the admin credentials.
  2. Click Billing.
  3. In the Your current plan & usage section, click Change.
  4. Click Downgrade.
  5. Click Pay & Change Plan.

Your primary payment method will be charged.

You have successfully downgraded your plan.
