To invite candidates, follow these steps:
- Log into your HackerEarth Recruit account using your admin credentials.
- Click Tests.
- Navigate to the test for which you want to invite candidates.
Important: You must publish the test to be able to invite candidates. - Click Invite Candidates.
- Enter the following information:
- Candidate email ID: Enter the email ID of the candidate who you want to invite. You can enter multiple candidate’s email IDs in the mentioned format.
Note: If the candidate does not have an account on HackerEarth, it is automatically created when you send the invite. - Invite email: By default, HackerEarth Recruit provides an invite email template. You can edit the subject and body of this template.
Important: You can send a maximum of 150 invite emails at a time. For example, if you want to invite 300 candidates, you will have to do it in 2 batches of 150 candidates each.

- Candidate email ID: Enter the email ID of the candidate who you want to invite. You can enter multiple candidate’s email IDs in the mentioned format.
- If you have selected the option of sending system-generated reminder emails for the test, then a notification is displayed on the bottom-left side of the page.
Note: You can disable or enable this feature by clicking Edit. - You can also select the duration after which your sent invites will expire and get credited in your account.
- Click Invite Candidates.
You have successfully invited candidates to take the test. A notification is displayed on top of your screen.
You cannot re-invite candidates who have already been invited for the test. If you try to invite such candidates, the following notification appears is displayed on your screen:
