Is HackerEarth responsible for candidate data?

HackerEarth is only a processor or test enabler. The test itself is owned by the controller or the company that administered the test.

The responsibility of updating and deleting all candidate data when requested by a candidate lies with the company. HackerEarth, however, will facilitate this process.
