A MAYDAY error is displayed on the candidate's screen. What do I do?
A candidate sees a Mayday because of one of the following reasons:
- You have used all your invites
- When the number of candidates who are invited to take the test exceeds the number of invites allotted to your account
Contact your Account manager or your PoC immediately to resolve this issue.
