My exam was interrupted by a power cut, and the test appears stuck. What should I do?

Before you start your test, ensure your laptop is fully charged and keep the charger plugged in. If your test is interrupted due to a power cut or device shutdown, you can rejoin using the test invite link in your email. You can rejoin only once. 

The test timer will continue running. Do not click the “End Test” button if you plan to continue the exam. Reach out to your test admin for more help, or write to us at support@hackerearth.com.
