Invite emails

Online recruitment has become increasingly popular with recruiters today. This recruitment is done through online tests which typically eliminate one or more rounds of phone screening or in-person interviews. Taking an online test can help you go through the recruitment process faster.

Why online tests?

Some of the advantages of taking online tests include:

1. Take tests easily

You can take tests from anywhere in the world as long as you have a decent Internet connection and access to a computer.

2. Easy-to-use interface

You can get familiar with the test interface before taking the actual test. For more information, see Practice tests.

3. Quick results and feedback

Most online tests are evaluated automatically, which allows recruiters to make quick decisions and provide feedback on time.

Invitation process

In HackerEarth Recruit, the process of receiving an invitation and taking a test is as follows:

  1. Receive the test link through an invite email
  2. Click the test link anytime between the start and end time of the test

Note: Some tests may not have an expiry date, however, we recommend that you take a test within 2 days of receiving the test link.

  3. Start test
  4. Submit test
What does an invite email contain?

An invite email is an email sent to you by the recruiter. It comprises the following information:

Test name

Name of the test that you are being invited to take

Test duration

Start time and end time of the test

Test link

Link to the online test on the HackerEarth Recruit platform

Read and complete these before you start the test
